Do you own a park model trailer? Have you paid HST on your annual fees or on your initial purchase? If your trailer meets the requirements to be considered a residential trailer, you may be entitled to your money back.

We’ll help you apply for HST paid in error, interpreting CRA regulations and bulletins to fill out the necessary forms, advocating for you to get back the money you may be owed. We’ll take the stress out of making your case to the CRA, and the headache out of trying to understand if you’re entitled to your money back.

The Process

  1. We’ll collect all the necessary information from you

  2. We’ll fill out the necessary forms and submit your application to the CRA

  3. We wait for the CRA to assess your trailer on individual merit (note: we are currently experiencing extended processing times from the CRA)

  4. We give you a call to tell you that we’ve received your check from the CRA

  5. You pay us and we give you your rebate!

Please note:

HST rebates do not apply to any other types of trailers besides park model trailers (trailers that are not mobile and can be considered a residence). This does not include any classes of motorhomes, towed trailers, or campers of any sort. As a general rule, if the trailer is able to be moved without significant preparation, it is ineligible to recieve this form of HST rebate.
